About the Speaker:

Stewart Bewley founded Amplify in 2011 and has since revolutionized how leaders and founders communicate their ideas. He has coached executives at global companies like Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, Visa, Siemens, BASF, GE, Bloomberg, Dow Jones, and many more. Stewart has also helped over 400 start-ups refine their pitch, leading to over $9 billion raised collectively.

Stewart is an accomplished author, with his book The Storytelling Hero published in March 2023, and his second book, The Confident Communicator Toolkit, set for release soon. His passion is helping people unlock their voice and tell compelling stories.

When not coaching, Stewart enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and dog, Sully — with a long black coffee in hand!

The challenges and opportunities around women’s financial health extend beyond that of founder and/or investor.  We often don’t know enough, talk about, plan or implement a cohesive strategy when it comes to securing our financial future and the future of women and girls who come behind us.   

The 2024 Gender Pension Gap lies at 36%*, meaning that women would need to continue working for 8 more years than men to build up the same size pension pot. On the flip side, women are set to inherit 70% of global wealth over the next two generations, with projections that they will own 50% of wealth in Ireland by 2025.  

As financial independence grows, more women are seeking knowledge, access and opportunity to enhance their wealth and achieve their financial goals as founders, investors industry leaders and professionals.
