February 29, 2024 might have been a leap year day but it was also the day we kicked off our new Legal Series Journey Map for our AwakenClub Members thanks to our legal partner, Taylor Wessing Ireland.
Workshop 1 of 5, outlined the various steps in Setting Up your business to ensure you can best position the company to grow.

29 February – Session 1: Setting up. types of companies, the incorporation process, the companies registration office, corporate governance, advisers, and share options (availalbe to members on video playback)
20 March – Session 2: Setting out your stall. Websites, IP and GDPR.
24 April – Session 3: Working with others. Supply chain, customer base and employee management.
29 May – Session 4: Fundraising. Business plans, due diligence, raising capital, and investors.
25 June – Session 5: Term sheet. In depth session on the key features of a term sheet.
