It's coming up to ho, ho, ho time and you know how much our Awakenhubbers love a bit of inspriation to keep the founder fires burning.

Earlier this year we had one of our best ever sessions (so good we couldn't record it) with the hugely talented Maxine Mawhinney. She shared all her insider tips and tricks on 'Being Camera Ready' and none of us can look at a tube of pringles or role of celotape the same way eversince. Sorry it's definitely one of those 'You had to be there stories'.

What we didn't get to do, is touch the sides with regards to Maxine's amazing journey as a woman from Belfast who defied all the odds to become a global name in TV broadcasting.
