AwakenHub and AwakenAngels Trade Mission: Empowering Women Founders on a Global Stage
This time next week AwakenHub & AwakenAngels will be in the USA for St. Brigid’s week 2025 with a 25 strong delegation of exciting women founded startups, angel investors and partners from across the island of Ireland.
As levels of investment in women founded businesses is still a critical issue matched with equally poor numbers of active female angel investors investing in women founders on the island of Ireland, our annual Trade Mission will showcase the talent of AwakenHub women founders in med tech, b2b Saas, digital technologies and sustainability.
Now in its third year, the AwakenHub and AwakenAngels trade mission is dedicated to driving economic growth by fostering an inclusive and thriving ecosystem that champions women founders. Focused on connecting talent with opportunity, this mission provides a dynamic platform for Irish women-led ventures to scale and succeed in the US market.
We are also looking to encourage the Irish diaspora to angel invest in women founded startups via our AwakenAngels syndicate.

We are hosting a series of events between 3 - 7 February starting in Boston and moving onto New York to include Angel Investing Masterclasses, Founders Showcases, curated events in the British Consulates private residences and private briefings with the Irish Consulates in both cities.
